In this year’s competition for „Best Business Transformation“ held by the Association of Management Consultants Switzerland, Staufen.Inova AG presented the project „Dynamo15“ implemented at Pistor AG. The jury was convinced by this group-wide initiative aimed at continuous process and cost reduction improvements, while anchoring the transformation into a self-learning organisation.
The project at Pistor AG serves as a textbook example of effective communication during change initiatives and demonstrates how it is possible to trigger true enthusiasm for a joint system of continuous improvement values. The newly created „Dynamo“ brand is now an integral component of the Pistor leadership process. From April 2015 to the end of 2016 alone, Dynamo employees generated over one thousand ideas and improvement suggestions. This is equivalent to realised savings potentials of some 900’000 Swiss francs.

The Award is intended to document the fundamental reorientation of the company involved, to highlight the effective relationship between the client and its consultants, and to emphasise exceptional successes achieved.
