Flexibility is very important in our projects, so we want to offer maximum flexibility to our employees and try to find the right solution for each individual case.

Full-time or part-time – you decide.

We understand that life has many facets and that the requirements for the right work model can change over time. Therefore, we offer several part-time models if you are interested.

Want extra vacation?

In addition to the regular vacation time of 30 days for full-time employees, we offer our employees up to 10 unpaid vacation days per year. That way, they can decide how much vacation they want to take. The exact number of days may be determined annually.

Taking a time out.

Our sabbatical program allows employees to take a sabbatical of 3 to 12 months. This time can be used for extended training, caring for children or relatives, building a home, extended travel or other personal projects.

Variety guaranteed.

Of course, there is also the possibility to do a certain amount of project work in a remote office, in addition to working with customers on-site and working in our offices. This allows us to take full advantage of the different ways of working.

Our alumni look forward to seeing all Staufen employees again, and of course the same applies vice versa: At our annual alumni event in conjunction with the Staufen Summer Party, many old acquaintances from our alumni network meet up to exchange ideas.
