Respect Brings People Together
Every day and in Every Project
Talking to the board of directors at the coffee machine, going jogging with colleagues, on a first-name basis with everyone. At Staufen, we treat each other like family. Depending on what kind of family life you’re familiar with, maybe even a little more appreciative, generous and connected. After all, we spend a lot of time together and that should be “quality time” for us. With an atmosphere in which everyone can ask anyone anything and always get constructive feedback. In which experience and fresh impulses are equally in demand. Where people are just as happy to discuss exciting projects over lunch as they are to discuss the equipment of the new company car.
But what unites us above all is a common intention: to do a really good job and to accompany our customers in their further development on the path to top performance. To do this, it is also important to remain down-to-earth and to treat our customers and partners as humanely as we do our colleagues. That goes down well. Experience it for yourself – we look forward to receiving your application.
If you Expect Top Performance, you have to lead by Example
For the Third time in a row Honored as “Great Place to Work”
We know that if our employees are doing well, our company will do well too in the long run. And we do quite a bit to make that happen. And when we say that, we not only mean the many bonus perks that are the premium standard for many top employers, such as attractive facilities, excellent IT equipment including a smartphone and laptop, company cars with all the finest features and corporate parties.
We contribute to our employees’ health and energy with measures such as membership to a national chain of fitness studios which can be used throughout Germany, company sports teams, health check-up programs for managers, fruit baskets at the office, and free meals and beverages at our sites.
It is important to us to respond to each individual employee and their personal needs. For example, with flexible working time models, adapted to the respective individual life situation. With intensive familiarization with the new tasks and with individual further development through a broad-based development program including training, coaching and mentoring.
In addition to excellent general conditions and individual development opportunities, Staufen offers you something much more important: an exciting and varied everyday working life. You will have the opportunity to gain insights into versatile projects at customers from different industries, resulting in a variety of subject areas and consulting approaches. Here, the cooperative collaboration with experienced colleagues from industry and consulting forms the basis.
The fact that this way of thinking and acting is well received can be seen in the positive feedback and evaluations, as well as in the high level of loyalty and often many years of service – in some cases even up to 20 years. This appreciation can also be seen in our awards: Staufen regularly receives prestigious consulting and professional awards, including being named “Great Place to Work” for the third time.

We live Diversity
Diversity is normal and necessary at Staufen: Experience shows that when many different cultures and generations share their know-how, this leads to better results. Signing the Diversity Charter was therefore a matter of course for us. At our company, 17 languages are spoken at 13 locations, and the average age of our employees is at over 40. From graduates to experienced experts, a wide range of age groups work together on projects and can thus learn from each other in the best possible way.
According to an employee survey conducted as part of our “Great Place to Work” award, people with a different background, gender, or sexual orientation are seen as an enrichment and valued at Staufen above all else. This creates an atmosphere in which everyone can ask anyone anything and always receive constructive feedback. In which experience and fresh impulses are equally in demand.
Our Alumni are our best Partners Today
The Staufen alumni network
The high level of commitment and loyalty of our employees is best demonstrated by the example of our alumni network. When Staufen employees move back into industry, they not only remain loyal to the Lean philosophy, but often also to Staufen: They become BestPractice Partners with whom we organize joint lectures and seminars and carry out projects.
Our alumni look forward to seeing all Staufen employees again, and of course the same applies vice versa: At our annual alumni event in conjunction with the Staufen Summer Party, many old acquaintances from our alumni network meet up to exchange ideas. Some colleagues even return as employees after a while and are just as warmly welcomed as they were the first time around.
