In the course of the well-known industry study by brand eins and Statista, Staufen AG has once again been awarded as one of Germany’s best consulting companies. With top ratings in five consulting sectors and seven industries, Staufen even exceeded its outstanding results in the previous year. This excellent result is due to a holistic consulting approach: starting from operational excellence, Staufen consultants take up technologically driven megatrends and help their customers to set themselves up so they are fit for the future with regard to all the top issues.
“Being one of the best consulting companies in Germany for ten years in a row proves that we continue to develop ourselves and work with our customers to find the optimal solution in each case,” says Wilhelm Goschy, CEO of Staufen AG. “We are especially proud and thankful for our customers’ cross-industry confidence in machine and plant engineering, the automotive sector, agriculture and the food industry, the healthcare industry, transport and logistics, and last but not least, the aviation, aerospace and defence industry, where we achieved a top ranking this year.”
Staufen CEO Goschy sees enormous potential especially in the combination of operations management and digital know-how. “Regardless of whether we are orchestrating the digitalization of a customer’s order fulfillment process or bringing their value stream organization to a new level with a virtual learning and collaboration platform used by leaders around the world. Only the successful interplay ensures that we will not only meet our customers’ expectations, but exceed them.”
1st place for Staufen AG in the Operations Management consulting sector
The “Best Management Consultant 2023” award in the categories of operations management (Staufen AG took 1st place in this ranking), digitalization, restructuring, organization, as well as purchasing and supply chain management underscore the company’s holistic approach. Wilhelm Goschy: “The individual disciplines are becoming increasingly intertwined; supply chains have long since become complex networks, and sustainability is no longer conceivable without digitalization.”
Keyword sustainability: “For us, the careful handling of resources was always a starting point for continuous improvements. Combined with the possibilities of new technologies and smooth interlocking of a wide variety of corporate areas, the industry is not only taking an efficiency jump, but also contributing to the green transformation,” says the Staufen CEO with determination.
