In its third edition, the “C-DAY” hosted by Staufen, part of Accenture, once again offered the industry decision-makers a high-caliber executive platform. From family business owners to DAX board members, the top managers came to Herzogenaurach, Germany, this year – and, in addition to topics such as operational excellence, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, they also delved into the history of sports. 

The last Best Practice Partner Circle from Staufen, part of Accenture, introduced participants to the world of the lighting industry – to ams OSRAM. All over the world, ams OSRAM ensures that drivers always have perfectly illuminated roads, even in the dark and in challenging weather conditions. Over two days, the company opened its doors at its Schwabmünchen and Herbrechtingen locationsin Germany and provided impressive insights into the topics of operational excellence, digitalization, and leadership.

This year, the event once again delivered on its promise: For the approximately 300 participants, the gathering was a special experience, characterized by a diverse program and many stimulating encounters. The evening before, over 100 guests took advantage of the opportunity to socialize in a relaxed atmosphere in the beer garden of Darmstadt’s “Braustübl,” reunite with old friends, and make new contacts – a cherished tradition.

At the latest Best Practice Partner Circle organized by Staufen, part of Accenture, ABUS opened its doors at the Rehe site and provided exclusive insights into the world of security technology, lean transformation and a leadership culture that sets standards.

After a successful premiere last year, Staufen AG once again invited around 50 decision-makers from the industry to the C-DAY in September. The executive conference at Heitlinger Genusswelten in Baden-Württemberg offered an informative and effective communication platform based on keynote speeches by top-class speakers, unmatched in Germany. Additional “Creative Labs” enabled small groups to collaborate on topics as partners and think beyond conventional industry approaches.

For the third time in a row, the renowned business magazine Forbes named the Staufen one of the “World’s Best Management Consulting Firms”. The award confirms the outstanding expertise of the management consultancy, which trims both family-owned mid-sized companies and international corporations for sustainable performance. Especially in times of global crisis and uncertainties, Staufen’s global presence and focus on operational excellence make it a strong partner for quickly solving current problems and preparing companies for the challenges of the future.

Köngen, April 16, 2024 – The latest “Performance Drivers 2024” study shows that a more efficient process design is currently at the top of the industry’s agenda. This is where a good three quarters of organizations see the greatest levers of improvement in their performance. Accordingly, there is still plenty of potential to improve performance, particularly in the areas of production and sales. For the study, the Staufen management consultant firm surveyed more than 200 industrial organizations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. 

Staufen AG, in collaboration with the eLearning provider Fischer, Knoblauch & Co., has developed a Learning Management System (LMS) that offers an innovative feature. What is unique about the platform is that external Staufen Academy clients can access all content via an open access. The jury of the renowned eLearning Journal was also very impressed by the innovative concept and recognized the project with the eLearning AWARD 2024 in the LMS category.
